3. After the receipt of the manuscript of the article and the cover letter to the editorial office, a technical check is carried out for compliance with the Requirements for the design of articles for publication in the Journal and the subject of the Journal. In case of non-compliance with the requirements, the article is not accepted for consideration by the editorial board of the Journal, the corresponding letter is sent to the author of the article responsible for correspondence with the editorial board.
4. Successful technical verification of the manuscript of the article for compliance with the Requirements for the design of articles for publication in the Journal and the subject of the Journal is the official moment of acceptance of the manuscript of the article for review and ends with an official letter from the editorial board of the Journal on acceptance of the article for review.
5. After successfully passing the technical verification of the manuscript of the article for compliance with the Requirements for the design of articles and the subject of the Journal, the article is sent for review by at least two independent scientists or specialists on the relevant subject who are not members of the editorial board.
6. In the process of consideration by the editorial board of an article for publication, in case of questions related to the quality and integrity of scientific work, the Editorial Board reserves the right to request from the authors supporting documents, research protocols, results of statistical analysis for verification by an independent biostatistician.
7. Reviewers’ comments requiring edits in articles are submitted to the authors unsigned, information about reviewers is not disclosed to the author without the written permission of the reviewer. The editorial Board of the Journal ensures confidentiality of information about the manuscripts of articles, including their content, status in the process of review and review, criticism of reviewers.
